  • The registration fee is no refund once the registration’s completed.
  • If the first author is not able to attend the conference, the second author or subsequent author has to pay the full registration fee.
  • In a paper with more than one author, all the authors attending the conference most complete their registration individually.
  • If you register as a Student, you will be asked to email a copy of your student ID card and you should be the first author of your paper.
  • The first five pages of the paper is free, extra pages will be charged.
  • All major credit cards will be accepted for conference registration fee.

Requirements for Submissions

1. English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

2. Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2). Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3). Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4). Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”

3. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing. Authors retain the right to publish an extended, significantly updated version in another periodical.

Conference Schedule

This simple schedule is just for reference. The full-length detailed conference program will be provided around August, 2018.

  • It is all about registration, participants are supposed to sign in at the conference venue and collect all the conference materiails at the registration counter on this day. However, the registration is still open on the 2nd day of the conference.
  • Tuesday, 25 September, 2018
  • 08:30-12:00 / Keynote Speeches – Conference chair will be hosting a opening ceremony in the morning, and all the participants are supposed to be there, then the keynote speakers will deliver their spectacular speeches and share their cutting-edge research fruits with the participants. During the intermission, there will be a photo session for all the participants to take a group photo.
    13:30-18:00 / Author Presentation – (15 min is allocated for each presentation.) Lunch, Dinner, two times coffee break will be provide this day.
